Sports News!

This week has been a busy week at KEVI with Rowvember coming to its end, it was brilliant to see so many pupils participate in the event and contribute towards their house totals and the school total. We have seen some amazing rowing performances throughout the month, and everyone should be proud of how they did.

This week also saw KEVI attend the DRET Rowing Cup in Grantham. All our selected pupils represented the school so well and gave it everything when competing against the other schools. Overall, it was a successful day with several of our rowers finishing in the top 10 of their year groups.

Alongside rowing we had two fixtures this week, our girls travelled to Skegness Grammar to play hockey and our Y7 & Y9 boys travelled to TMA to play indoor football. All four teams showed real ambition and courage in their fixtures and represented the school brilliantly. The stand our result was the Y7 boys who won 8-5 in a highly entertaining game.
